My stay at Amaris Hotel Bekasi was quite disappointing. I encountered several issues, including cleanliness and service. The room had a concerning presence of ants and unclean linens, leading to an uncomfortable experience. Although the staff was responsive, their inability to assist me with a simple request was frustrating. Overall, it wasn't the pleasant stay I had hoped for, especially given the purpose of my visit was for a family wedding.
